3. Your home will then be showcased on a variety of different websites, including ours; we'll arrange for ads in local newspapers and inform all of our customers who are looking for a home similar the one you're offering.

4. The house will then be shown to interested parties; the ads for the house will not be taken down until there is a signed buyers contract to insure that no time is wasted if unsure buyers show interest but back out at the last minute.
